Guest Post Series- September JackiiNaturals

Hi Everyone! So I am starting a guest post series where one person gets one post per week for the whole month so we can learn more about them and their blog.  This month is the lovely Jackii from Jackii Naturals, I will let her explain more. Enjoy :-)

Hey there, I’m Jackii from JackiiNaturals, a blog about natural, healthy, and spiritual living! Up to this very day, I’ve always had symptoms of illness with unknown causes, even as a young child, so recently, I figured it must be a spiritual issue and researched about Chakra healing. I learned quite a bit about the seven major Chakras in the body and what problems arise when they’re not balanced the way they should be.

What Are Chakras and Why Are They So Important?
Chakras are spinning wheels of energy that reflect and affect our physical, emotional, and mental health. If a Chakra is not spinning properly, health problems can arise for seemingly no reason. Over-active Chakras can be just as bad as under-active Chakras, as they can act out of control and cause other problems.

Problems of Unbalanced Chakras:
If a Chakra is not properly balanced, possible issues for each unbalanced Chakra include (but aren’t limited to):
·      Root: IBS, stomach issues, problems with sitting, sleeping, or lying down
·      Sacral: improper sexual health, poor digestion, affected fertility
·      Solar Plexus: feeling of uneasiness, low self-esteem, anxiety
·      Heart: Circulatory issues, heart problems, blood pressure issues, sadness or depression, unable to feel happy or energized
·      Throat: breathing issues, coughing, affected speech, colds, sinus issues
·      3rd eye: affected insight, poor vision/eyesight, paranoia
·      Crown: foggy thinking, daydreaming, poor or lack of concentration

Luckily, there are ways to assess, unblock, cleanse and charge Chakras with the use of meditation, yoga, tea, smudge sticks, baths, crystals, pendulums, Reiki, aromatherapy, herbs, and more!

So What’s the Deal with Each Chakra?
The Muladhara (Root) Chakra is found at the base of the spine at the tailbone and grounds you to the Earth. It helps with our Adrenal system, colon health, self-confidence, and our most basic aspects of life and primal instincts in life.
The Svadhisthana (Sacral) Chakra sits about 2 inches below the navel and is known to be the source of our creativity. It helps with our sexual health, creativity, passion, and happiness.
The Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra is located in the upper abdomen at the base of the ribs. It helps with our self-esteem, confidence, digestion and stomach, and anxiety issues.
The Anahata (Heart) Chakra sits in the center of the chest and controls our emotions and feelings. It helps with loneliness, bitter spirit, heart problems, respiratory issues, and circulatory problems.
The Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra sits at the Adams Apple on men and in the center of the throat for women. It helps with oral health, throat problems, thyroid glands, constant sinus infections, shyness, breathing issues, asthma, and allergies.
The Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra is located between the eyebrows, above them about an inch. It represents our intellect, wisdom, insight, and intuition. It helps with obsessions, day-dreaming, confusion, lack of clarity in thinking, paranoia, and spiritual foresight.
The Sahasrata (Crown) Chakra is located at the very top of the head. It helps to unify all of the Chakras together. It helps with feeling meaningless, headaches, lack of purpose, connection to spirit and spirituality, and inspiration.
