Face Routine Part ii- Evening routine.

Yesterday I wrote about my morning face routine so I thought I would follow it on with my evening face routine today along with a review of each product.  Some of my daily evening routine is the same as the morning but there are a few swaps and adjustments.
The first two products are the same as my morning routine which for those of you who haven't had a chance to read it are:
  1. Clarins Gentle Foaming Cleanser with Shea Butter
  2. Clarins Extra-Comfort Toning Lotion
For my views on these two products please see my last post.  So on to the new additions to the routine the first is:

L'Oreal Paris Absolute Make-Up Remover for eye and lip.  I tried this product completely by accident when I ordered the wrong thing online.  I was really pleased with the results it takes off the eye make-up without any trouble even if it is really heavily on your face.  Also it is great at taking off lipstick I managed to get off all of my red lipstick the other day without any trouble at all.  The downside to this product is I find it very oily but as I use my toner afterwards I try to remove as much of this as possible although an oily residue is left behind.
The next product that I use in the evening is Benefits It's Potent! eye cream.  This is a fantastic product it is really good for your eyes and leaves them really moisturised.  The only thing that I find with this product is it doesn't sink in to your skin very quickly but it does eventually and it makes your eyes silky smooth.
My final product that I use is Kiehl's Ultra Facial Moisturizer SPF 40.  I know that this is a bit off piste but I much prefer this to a heavy night cream.  It goes on the skin easily and soaks in really fast.  The downside to this product is that the smell is not very pleasant.
